Thank you for purchasing from GroundED K12. Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Refunds
All sales of digital products, including eBooks and other instant downloads, are final and non-refundable. Once you have gained access to the purchased materials, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This policy is in place because of the immediate access and delivery of our digital content.
Print-on-Demand Products
Our print-on-demand products are fulfilled through Lulu, a third-party service. Once an order is placed, it is processed and printed specifically for you. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on print-on-demand products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [contact@groundedk12.org]. Include your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with Lulu to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement.
